Desire of Every Nation (Pragnienie Każdego Narodu)

W tym tygodniu dołączyliśmy do tysięcy wierzących, którzy przyjechali do Detroit, by modlić się do Boga przez 24 godziny za nasz naród. Prosiliśmy o jedność między ludzkimi rasami, o koniec aborcji; o to, by twierdza Islamu została złamana i aby Bóg okazał swoją łaskę naszemu krajowi, kiedy pokutujemy i szukamy Jego oblicza. Gdy siedziałam na tej wielkiej sportowej arenie, z dziesiątkami tysięcy ludźmi, pomyślałam o Polsce. Pomyślałam o nowych stadionach w Warszawie, Gdańsku, Poznaniu i Wrocławiu. Wyobraziłam sobie te miejsca wypełnione ludźmi, którzy uwielbiają Boga całym sercem. To moje marzenie.

Jezus jest Pragnieniem każdego narodu (Ks. Aggeusza 2;7). Chociaż ludzie mogę tego nie zauważać, to On jest tym, czego poszukują. Miłością, której szukają. Celem życia. Nadzieją na przyszłość. Pięknem, które zaspakaja najgłębsze tęsknoty naszego serca. Niech Jezus będzie wyniesiony wysoko, a Jego imię niech będzie rozgłaszane w Polsce! Niech będzie Głową każdego kościoła i Centrum wszystkiego, co robimy. "Niech sławią cię, Boże, ludy; niech sławią cię wszystkie ludy!" (Psalm 67;4)

This weekend we joined thousands of believers who came to Detroit, Michigan, to pray to God for 24 hours on behalf of our nation. We prayed for unity among races, for the end of abortion, for the stronghold of Islam to be broken, and for God to show mercy to our country as we repent and seek His face. As I sat in that large sports arena, worshiping with 10's of 1,000's of people, I thought of Poland. I thought of the new soccer stadiums in Warsaw, Gdańsk, Poznań, and Wrocław. I imagined these stadiums, filled with people worshiping God with all their hearts. It is my dream.

Jesus is the Desire of every nation (Haggai 2:7). Although the people may not yet realize it, He is the one they are searching for. He is the love they seek. He is the purpose for living. He is the hope for the future. He is the beautiful One who satisfies all the deepest longings of our hearts. May Jesus be lifted high and His name proclaimed in Poland! May He be the Head of every church and the Center of all we do. "Let the peoples praise You, O God; let all the peoples praise You!" (Psalm 67:3).
