widzac Adama Malysza szybujacego po srebrny medal Zimowych
Igrzysk Olimpijskich. Brawo! Gratulacje, Adam!
Gratulacje dla Polski!

Wkrótce i ja bede szybowac w przestworzach lecac do Polski.
To juz w najblizsza srode i czwartek. Bede bardzo
wdzieczna, jesli zechcecie pomodlic sie o bezpieczna
podróz. Ciesze sie, ze wkrótce bede mogla zobaczyc
wielu z Was.

Nasza przyjaciólka, Ola, w dalszym ciagu potrzebuje
modlitwy. Operacja nie przebiegla tak pomyslnie, jak sie
tego spodziewano. W dalszym ciagu musi zmagac sie
z powazna choroba serca.

Jak pewnie wiecie, w tym tygodniu rozpoczyna sie okres
Wielkiego Postu. My w Michigan swietujemy "tlusty
wtorek"(tony paczków!), by w srode popielcowa rozpoczac
okres postu. Spedzmy ten czas u stóp krzyza i pozwólmy
Bogu przenikac nasze serca. Oczekujmy na Pana! Na nowo
doswiadczajmy Jego milosci i przebaczenia! Modle sie,
by przez bogactwo swej chwaly i moc Ducha Swietego,
Bóg umocnil w Was wewnetrznego,duchowego czlowieka.
W tym szczególnym czasie, polaczmy sie razem w zarliwej
modlitwie o Polaków, aby spotkali Jezusa, a ich zycie
zostalo odmienione. Bóg moze to uczynic!

-- Just a few minutes ago I was shouting quite loudly as
I watched Adam Malysz soar through the air and win the
first SILVER of the 2010 Winter Olympics. Woo-hoo!! 
Congratulations, Adam!!  Congratulations, Poland!!

-- I, too, will be soaring through the air :) as I travel
to Poland this week (Feb. 17-18).  I would be so thankful
if you would please pray for my safety.  I am so glad to
see many of you soon.

-- Our friend, Ola, needs more prayer.  Her operation was
not as successful as they had hoped, so she must continue
to struggle with her heart condition.

-- As you know, this week is the beginning of the Lenten
season. Here in Michigan, we celebrate "Fat Tuesday"
(lots of paczki's!) and then on "Ash Wednesday" the fast
officially begins.  During this season, may each of us sit
at the foot of the cross and allow God to search our hearts.
Let us wait before the Lord and experience anew His love
and forgiveness. I pray that out of His glorious riches,
and by the power of His Spirit, God will strengthen you
in your inner man.  Let us join together and pray that
during this holy season many Poles will encounter Jesus
and their lives will be changed.  God is able!
