International Holocaust Remembrance Day (Międzynarodowy Dzień Pamięci o Ofiarach Holokaustu

Kiedy piszę ten list, jest 27. stycznia – Międzynarodowy Dzień Pamięci o Ofiarach Holokaustu. Tego dnia, 67 lat temu, wyzwolono obóz śmierci w Auschwitz.

Ważne jest, by pamiętać o Holokauście oraz o tych, którzy cierpieli z jego powodu. Filmy takie jak wyświetlane teraz w Polsce "W ciemności" przypominają nam o koszmarze, z jakim musieli się zmierzyć. Niestety, co roku jest coraz mniej osób, które przeżyły i mogłyby opowiedzieć swoje historie. Ale świat musi wiedzieć i musimy pamiętać.

Chciałabym Was prosić, abyście w tym tygodniu dołączyli do mnie w konkretnej modlitwie za Żydów ocalałych z Holokaustu żyjących w Izraelu i na całym świecie. Proszę, módlcie się, by ich fizyczne potrzeby mogły być zaspokojone, ale ponad to – by mogli spotkać miłość Jezusa (Jeszui), błogosławionego Mesjasza. Módlmy się, by Jezus objawił samego siebie swoim braciom i otworzył ich oczy, tak by Go rozpoznali. Módlcie się, by mogli zostać oswobodzeni z ran i goryczy przeszłości i zrozumieć, że Bóg ich nie porzucił. Módlmy się, by w kolejnych latach swojego życia mogli poznać radość zbawienia. Módlmy się za Rochelle, Sally, Samuela, Isaaca, Svetlanę, Simona, Reginę i wielu innych.

I ks. Mojżeszowa 45:15 - Następnie ucałował wszystkich braci swoich i płakał obejmując ich, po czym rozmawiali z nim bracia jego.
Rzymian 10;14-15 - Ale jak mają wzywać tego, w którego nie uwierzyli? A jak mają uwierzyć w tego, o którym nie słyszeli? A jak usłyszeć, jeśli nie ma tego, który zwiastuje? A jak mają zwiastować, jeżeli nie zostali posłani? Jak napisano:
O jak piękne są nogi tych, którzy zwiastują dobre nowiny!
Ks. Izajasza 62;1 - Ze względu na Syjon nie będę milczał i ze względu na Jeruzalem nie spocznę, dopóki nie wzejdzie jak jasność jego sprawiedliwość i nie zapłonie jego zbawienie jak pochodnia.

As I write this email, it is January 27 -- International Holocaust Remembrance Day. On this date sixty-seven years ago the Auschwitz death camp was liberated.

It is important that we remember the Holocaust and those who suffered through it. Movies such as "W Ciemnośći" now showing in Poland remind us of the horrors they faced. Unfortunately, each year there are fewer survivors still living to tell their stories. Yet the world must know and we must remember.

I would like to ask you to please join me this week in praying specifically for the Jewish Holocaust survivors living in Israel and throughout the nations. Please pray for their physical needs to be met, but more so that they would encounter the love of Jesus (Yeshua), the blessed Messiah. Let us pray that Jesus would reveal Himself to His brothers and their eyes would be open to recognize Him. Pray that they would be liberated from the wounds and bitterness of their past and that they would realize that God has not forsaken them. Let us pray that in these latter years of their lives they would know the joy of their salvation. Please pray for Rochelle, Sally, Samuel, Isaac, Svetlana, Simon, Regina, and many more.
