Glorious King (Wspaniały Król)

Albowiem dziecię narodziło się nam, syn jest nam dany i spocznie władza na jego ramieniu, i nazwą go: Cudowny Doradca, Bóg Mocny, Ojciec Odwieczny, Książę Pokoju. (Ks. Izajasza 9;5)

Alleluja! To wspaniałe proroctwo wypełniło się ponad dwa tysiące lat temu wraz z narodzinami obiecanego Mesjasza, naszego ukochanego Pana Jezusa. W tym wyjątkowym czasie dobrze jest sięgnąć pamięcią wstecz i wspominać z radością wydarzenia towarzyszące przybyciu Emmanuela (Bóg z nami) na ziemię. Jednak jeszcze wspanialsza rzeczywistość kryje się w tym, że ten sam Mesjasz, Namaszczony, powróci wkrótce, by ustanowić swoje Królestwo na ziemi.

Jego królestwo jest królestwem wiecznym, a wszystkie moce jemu będą służyć i jemu będą poddane. (Ks. Daniela 7;27)

Panowanie nad światem przypadło w udziale Panu naszemu i Pomazańcowi jego i królować będzie na wieki wieków. (Objawienie św. Jana 11;15)

Gdy zatrzymujemy się na chwilę, by rozmyślać nad dziecięciem, które leżało w żłobie tak dawno temu, zwróćmy nasz wzrok także na wspaniałego Króla, którego przyjście jest tuż tuż.. Alleluja!

Modlimy się z Davidem, by Bóg napełniał Was nadzieją, gdy oczekujemy na pełne chwały objawienie się naszego wielkiego Boga i Zbawiciela (List do Tytusa 2;13). Niech Książę Pokoju zamieszka w Waszych sercach i domach, abyście mogli wraz ze swoimi rodzinami odnaleźć wielką radość w Jego obecności.

For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. (Isaiah 9:6)

Hallelujah! This beautiful prophecy was fulfilled more than 2,000 years ago at the birth of the promised Messiah, our beloved Lord Jesus. During this special season it is good to look back and remember with joy the events surrounding the arrival of "God with us" here on earth. Yet the even greater reality is that this same Messiah, the "Anointed One," is soon returning to set up His kingdom on the earth.

His kingdom will be an everlasting kingdom, and all rulers will worship and obey him. (Daniel 7:27)

"The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ, and he will reign for ever and ever." (Revelation 11:15)

As we pause to reflect on the humble babe lying in a manger so long ago, let us also fix our gaze on the glorious King whose arrival is just around the corner. Hallelujah!
